Jeremy Erlandsen
Co-Founder, Principal Consultant
As the leader of the company, Jeremy is responsible for successful delivery of all Halyard Solutions programs and projects. Jeremy is a seasoned managerial and technology consultant providing advisory services to various organizations, from small "start-ups" to large complex, multinational enterprises with global operations. Particularly interested in growth-oriented, turn-around situations and new ventures. Jeremy is recognized for his exceptional ability to manage complex enterprise application programs, transform day-to-day business operations, M&A, and provide organizational leadership. Jeremy has over twenty years of consulting experience spanning various industries, emphasizing manufacturing, aerospace, automation, entertainment and consumer products.
As a process-driven IT leader, Jeremy works seamlessly with executive management providing thoughtful, effective, and cutting edge solutions to his organizational counterparts while anticipating the technology demands of an organization.
Jeremy began his career at Arthur Andersen, transitioning to Hitachi Consulting, and later Deloitte, where he provided consulting services to numerous organizations across various industries.
In 2012, Jeremy was named CIO of the Year by The Los Angeles Business Journal.
When not working, Jeremy can be found spending time with family and friends, sailing, or golfing with his two sons.
Bonnie Erlandsen
Co-Founder, Controller
Bonnie oversees daily operations for Halyard Solutions, including accounting, tax, and resource planning and management. She is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in public accounting, litigation support, and private industry.
As a trained forensic accountant, Bonnie provided litigation support services, analyzing damages, investigating fraud and quantitatively evaluating liability issues. Bonnie began her career at Ernst and Young’s Assurance Services Practice, working with clients in the construction, hospitality, and professional services industries.
In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
